Export control and sanctions policy for international, indirect export and regulated aerospace supply requirements.
Effective date: 26th April 2026Aerospace and technical products may be subject to export control, sanctions, end-use, end-user, customs, dangerous goods or destination restrictions.
ADG may request details about destination, end user, end use, consignee, freight forwarder, carrier, country of ultimate use and any applicable licence or permit.
The customer must ensure goods are not sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, diverted or used in breach of any applicable export control law, sanctions regime, trade restriction, embargo or legal requirement.
ADG may suspend, refuse, cancel or terminate any quotation, order or shipment without liability where export control, sanctions, diversion, end use, end user, customs, dangerous goods, fraud or compliance risk exists.
Where an overseas customer or its agent collects goods in the UK, the customer must provide all export evidence reasonably requested by ADG, including transport evidence, customs references, airway bills, bills of lading or departure evidence.
Where a licence or government approval is required, ADG may delay or cancel the order if the licence or approval is not granted, is delayed, revoked or available only on conditions unacceptable to ADG.
