Information ADG collects

ADG may collect contact details, company details, RFQ requirements, quote history, delivery and billing information, correspondence and website interaction information needed to respond to enquiries and provide services.

How information is used

Personal information is used to respond to RFQs, provide products and services, process orders, manage customer support, improve the website, communicate with customers, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

How information may be disclosed

Information may be shared with service providers, Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, fulfilment partners, carriers, compliance support providers, business partners where necessary, and legal authorities where required.

Security and retention

ADG keeps information only as long as needed for business, service, compliance, legal, dispute or contract purposes. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as perfectly secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, request portability or manage communication preferences.

RFQ files and uploads

Files uploaded through the RFQ process are used to review the buyer requirement, identify line items, check documentation needs and prepare a quotation response.

ADG does not use uploaded RFQ or BOM files for public marketing content. Uploaded files may be shared only where needed with supply, fulfilment, compliance or technical partners involved in responding to the request.
