Terms and Conditions of Sale for quotations, sales, supplies and contracts for goods and services by Aero Distribution Group Ltd.
Effective date: 26th April 2026These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, supplies and contracts for goods and services by Aero Distribution Group Ltd, company number 17013695, registered in England and Wales.
ADG supplies business customers only. Any order, quotation or supply is handled on a trade basis and subject to written acceptance by ADG.
Quotations are invitations to trade and do not create a binding contract until ADG accepts the order in writing.
The customer is responsible for confirming product suitability, specification, shelf-life, certification, destination, end use, end user and any regulatory requirements before order acceptance.
Prices, lead times and availability are subject to supplier confirmation, currency movement, freight, compliance checks and market conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are supplied FCA ADG nominated dispatch facility in the United Kingdom, Incoterms 2020. Risk passes when goods are delivered to the customer nominated carrier or collection party.
Customers must provide all information reasonably required for export control, sanctions, customs, dangerous goods, end use, end user and destination compliance.
ADG may suspend, refuse, cancel or terminate any quotation, order or shipment where compliance, diversion, sanctions, fraud or safety risk exists.
No cancellation, return or exchange is accepted without ADG prior written approval and, where required, a valid Return Material Authorisation.
Certificates of conformity, batch data, safety data sheets and other documents are supplied where available from the manufacturer, supplier or ADG traceable process.
ADG liability is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless ADG elects otherwise.
