03Technical information

Bostik 1430 is used as a general purpose contact adhesive which provides secure and lasting bonds between a variety of materials. In particular it will bond decorative laminates to table tops, counters and most horizontal and vertical surfaces. I addition it provides excellent adhesion to most natural and polychloroprene rubbers. Bostik 1430 can also be used for bonding rubber flooring when applied by the two way, dry stick method, giving an exceptionally strong bond. It is therefore very suitable for those areas where high wear is expected on the flooring material or when heat resistance up to 70c is required. For adhesion to metals we recommend the use of Bostik 9252 primer
