PPG PS890 B-2 is a two-part polysulphide sealant designed for fuel tank and fuselage sealing applications. It is commonly used for fillet sealing where long-term fuel resistance and flexibility are required.

Application and performance notes
This sealant is supplied as a thixotropic, low-sag paste, allowing controlled application using extrusion equipment or hand tools. It operates across a temperature range of -54 degC to 121 degC, with intermittent exposure up to 135 degC.
Once cured at ambient conditions, it forms a resilient elastomeric seal with strong adhesion to common aerospace substrates and retains its sealing properties after prolonged exposure to aviation fuels.
