03Technical information

This sealant is a manganese dioxide-cured polysulphide compound supplied as a thixotropic, low-sag paste, allowing controlled application using standard extrusion equipment or hand tools. It operates within a service temperature range of -54°C to 121°C, with intermittent exposure up to 135°C, maintaining flexibility and sealing performance under typical operating conditions. Once cured, it forms a flexible seal that adheres to common aerospace substrates while remaining easy to remove when required. It provides resistance to aviation fuels, moisture, and contaminants, making it suitable for access panels, gasket formation, and protection of electrical components.
